To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
Returns and exchanges are simple. Here's how you return.
- Please include a sheet inside the box with your name and order number so we know it's yours.
- Enter your order number (including the hashtag - e.g. #0199 and the email address/phone number used when you placed the order) in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the item you want to return or exchange.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- Please Note: Only exchanges qualify for a free returns label. If you choose to use the returns label but opt for a refund, then the cost of the label (£4.99) will be deducted from your refund total.
What items are returnable?
You can return your sneakers within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Anything sent later than this will be rejected and returned to you.
- They must be in original condition (shoes sent back worn/damaged will be rejected)
- In the original packaging
- Laced up (shoes that require re-lacing will incur a £2.50 penalty.)
Free gifts are not returnable!
Original shipping cost is also non-refundable.
How soon will I get my exchange/refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Please be patient during busy periods.
- If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
